Hi there, I saw your recipe for kim-chi stir-fry in the Spice is Right Fresh & Local round-up and it's been on my brain ever since. Kim-chi is one of my favourite foods, but I tend to just use it as a condiment, not actually in the cooking. I finally made a stir-fry based on your recipe last Friday and it was fabulous. I didn't have any eggs, but did have loads of vegies in the fridge, so I tweaked your recipe slightly to suit, but the basics of tofu, kim-chi and noodles were all there.
Thanks for posting this recipe, especially with such a useful pictorial guide, it's definitely something I'll make again.
